Start of activity

Once you have made your
\nonline reservation<\/strong>
\n<\/a>during which you will choose your departure<\/strong> date and time (departures between 8:30 and 10:30 a.m.),<\/strong> we will meet you directly at our pier<\/strong> in \ud83d\udccdVallonPont d’<\/a>Arc. \ud83d\ude97<\/p>\n

You can park in our free, private, shaded parking lot<\/strong>. \ud83c\udd7f\ufe0f\ud83c\udf33<\/p>\n

Once you have been introduced to our on-site team, you will be given a watertight canister<\/strong> 55l for two, in which to store what you want to take on your descent \ud83e\udd56\ud83e\uddf4 (see our tips<\/em><\/a>), you will be able to choose the boat configuration you prefer (canoe or kayak), you will then be equipped with life jackets and life jackets. you’ll attend a short briefing to explain the route<\/strong>and a a reminder about canoeing and kayaking<\/strong> and basic handling.<\/p>\n

You will then take a 10-minute bus ride \ud83d\ude8c to \ud83d\udccdCh\u00e2mes<\/a>, the starting point of this 24km descent of the Ard\u00e8che<\/strong> (

\n<\/em>).<\/p>\n

You board directly on the beach at the entrance to the nature reserve! It’s time for adventure<\/strong>! \ud83d\udea3<\/p>\n

The canoe trip<\/h2>\n

A day of canoeing<\/strong> begins for you as you cross the nature reserve \ud83c\udf33 des gorges de l’Ard\u00e8che<\/strong>!<\/p>\n

Wild nature,tranquil waves<\/strong>, rapids \ud83d\udca6<\/strong> and breathtaking panoramas<\/strong> (
\nsee photos<\/a>
\n<\/em>) ! You’ll enjoy a less crowded descent of the Ard\u00e8che<\/strong> than the
\n8km<\/a>
\n<\/strong> and
\n12km<\/a>
\n<\/strong> for your greatest pleasure!<\/p>\n

Of course, you’ll find beach breaks along the way, and you’re free to stop wherever you like!<\/strong> \ud83d\ude0e<\/p>\n

Take a picnic break \ud83e\udd6a at the cathedral rock<\/strong> \ud83c\udfde\ufe0f and take a dip in a dreamy spot<\/strong> (

\n<\/a>) before continuing on to the landing stage at \ud83d\udccd
\nSauze<\/a>
\n<\/strong> where our teams will be waiting for you between 4:00 and 5:00 pm for the return<\/strong> trip.<\/p>\n

Of course, you’ll find beach breaks along the way, and you’re free to stop wherever you like!<\/strong> \ud83d\ude0e<\/p>\n

Arrival and return<\/h2>\n

Once you’ve arrived and introduced yourself to our on-site team<\/strong> \ud83d\udcdd all you have to do is return the canoes and paddles to us.<\/p>\n

You will then be guided to the bus(air-conditioned <\/em>\ud83d\udc27) that will take you back to our premises<\/strong> \ud83d\ude8c where you left your vehicles!<\/p>\n

Allow around 50 minutes for \ud83d\udee3\ufe0f return journey.<\/p>\n

Once the rest of the equipment has been returned(cans, vests<\/em>, etc.), you will be offered a free syrup<\/strong> \ud83e\udd64(well deserved) <\/em>and the chance to have a cold drink!<\/p>\n
